Peppermill Resort Spa Casino

Got a last minute room after a flight cancellation and was pleasantly surprised by how nice the resort was. The room was very reasonably priced and clean. The airport shuttle was very convenient. My only complaint is that the area around it is not the best, but everything on the property was great.

Lovely place to stay for a reasonable price. Plenty of things to do on-site, more restaurants than anything. There are outdoor pools and hotels, and the decor is beautiful. There are restaurants from cafés to sushi, filling any wants. Staff are very kind and welcoming!

My favorite casino in Reno. The rooms are clean and quiet. Fantastic heated pool as well. The wall to wall big screen displays all over the casino add lots of light and beautiful landscapes.

Peppermill Casino Resort was an impressive venue for the American Bus Association closing evening event. The large convention space was beautifully set up, and the staff was attentive and professional throughout. Before the event, we toured the property, including the outdoor heated pools—especially unique and enjoyable this time of year. The interior is stunning, with a rich Italian motif that gives the resort an upscale, welcoming feel. Overall, it’s a gorgeous property and would be an excellent place to stay for both events and leisure.

Was in town for work and stayed at the Peppermill, which is near the Convention Center. The room was very spacious and they had signs on the back of the doors that they were in the process of renovating rooms. The room I was in had yet to be renovated, but one of my colleagues had a renovated room - which was more modern looking. My room was clean and tidy at check in and there were 2 bottles of water. They are still using the smaller individual sized toiletries instead of the bulk bottles. I appreciate the instant hot water each time I used the shower. There are 2 shower heads in the bath, but the water pressure is a bit lacking (really the only fault I found with the room) so trying to get the streams to cross was the best way to rinse your hair. The bed was very comfortable, though I'd rather have softer pillows - but that's just my preference. I did have stayover service in the room a couple of the days I was there, and the attendant did a good job. If I was in the area, I would definitely stay again but would like to try one of the newer styled rooms.

We had an excellent experience staying here and attending a conference. We ran into a weather issue and had to extend by 2 more days. Staff went out of the way to make our stay comfortable. A shout out to Aditi at the front desk, who personally took interest in planning for our 2 extra day, writing down places to visit and restaurant names that would match our taste. An outstanding service during a difficult time is true testimony of hospitality. Full marks to Peppermill.

I love this hotel. We don’t gamble but we found the stay to be very enjoyable. The pool is excellent, even in winter. We had a cocktail in one of the lounges away from the casino to avoid smoke. Some of the other guests were annoying like cigar in hot tub guy who ashed all over the outside of the tub and no swim diaper family with a baby in the hot tub. The staff is excellent and engaging. The rooms are clean and comfortable. All in all it’s a very well run hotel. The exact opposite of an ever growing enshizafication in American hotels.

Wow, what a surprise! This was actually our first trip to Reno and we loved staying at the Peppermill for 3 nights. It was higher class than what we expected (even though the pictures made it look beautiful -- they were accurate!!) and it so lovely everywhere we went. The staff were so very kind, helpful and caring! The casino was well lit, bright and super clean with a comfortable, energetic vibe. It couldn't have been nicer. Our games are craps and buffalo slots, and we both did well . We forgot to use our "passport rewards" card several times while gambling, so we missed out on some points, but that's ok, now we know! Live & learn! Oh, but apparently we already have enough points for 3 nights comp'd coming to us over the next three months! We will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend! Go have fun there!!
